What is My PartsHub?
My PartsHub is an online order System to easily research und buy Daimler Truck spare parts.
Customers can find Mercedes-Benz genuine parts, Truck Parts and
as well EvoBus and Fuso Europe spare parts.
How can I get access to My PartsHub to shop
Mercedes-Benz Trucks spare parts?
As a customer, please visit the registration page for all Daimler Truck
applications: Click Here.
After the registration you can log into My PartsHub with the credentials
received.
I
registered at UMAS and requested a login but didn’t receive any email with
login credentials. What should I do?

I am
already registered but forgot my password. What should I do?
On the Business ID login page you can find a button to reset your password.
If there’s more help required you can find a help center on the bottom right
corner.
How can I select, change or delete dealer
location?
Please go to top of the home page and select My Account > Select Dealer
I haven’t received any response after my dealer
request for several days. What should I do?
If you haven’t received any response, please contact this dealer via phone or alternatively select another
dealer nearby. For a new selection, please
visit the dealer locator: Click here.
How do I know if a spare parts fits into my
vehicle?
You have two options to verify if a spare parts is compatible with your
vehicle.
Option 1: Start your parts research by using a VIN (Vehicle identification number).
Option 2: On the product detail page of each product you can find the an entry field for a compatibility check.
You can enter a VIN and check the compatibility.
In case the selected spare part fits into your vehicle you will see a green
hook.
How do I know how fast the products can be
picked up or are delivered?
The parts availability is
displayed as follows:
green: product is available at
the dealer
yellow: product is available
within 24h – 48h
red: product is not available,
please check with your dealer
How are the prices displayed?
Prices are displayed in 2 lines. In the first line you can find the discount group which was
allocated to you by the dealer and the respective discount in %. In the second line you
can find the original price and the
actual price for the spare part.
How can I set and choose a delivery location for
my purchases?
Please go to My Account > Addresses. There you can add a new address for billing or deliveries.
These addresses will be available for selection at the
checkout.
